Dark Magic
Story In Dark Magic, you will take the role of a young sorcerer-in-training named Lance. One rainy night, your mentor tells you of an evil presence watching your peaceful planet. As the story develops, you will ultimately have to face the evil presence without the help of your old mentor.
Graphics This will be ABI's first game to use Multimedia Fusion and will have fantastic graphics as you can see from our screenshots. It takes a top-down perspective in a vast world stretching from your hometown of Lustoria to the underwater city of Hydropolis. It will be set in a place that appears to be the past, but has elements of the future mixed into it. Also, for the first time, 3D graphics will be used. The only problem this may present would have to do with the download time from our site. For this reason, ABI is currently considering putting this on a CD to be ordered instead or as well as for download.
Gameplay Dark Magic plays like Zelda in the way that you go around attacking enemies. However, instead of the traditional sword, Lance uses magic attacks that he learns from time to time in the game. As you progress through the game, you will come across villages, huge landscapes, castles, and more.
Cost If in fact Dark Magic is placed on a CD (and we buy TGF PRO), we'll probably charge about $5-$20 for it. This is for your benefit as well, because you won't have to download the thing (currently it's over 36 Megs, and it's not halfway done!).
Dark Magic should prove to be great fun for gamers who like games such as Zelda and just adventure games in general.
